Damn I smashed my big toe of my left foot last wensday. It hurted like hell just to take a step luckily it aint that painful anymore. It is said that a athle never sees a healthy day. Well anyhow I look forward for next mondays taewondo training session since I taunted the teachers to have a insane physical training session nextime. Oh well after all my foot will be battle hardened dmg soak 10/+3 +3weapon from now on while my fist are just +1weapons with dmg soak of 5/+2. I have smashed my knuckles and wrists against my training buddys knuckles and wrist. My buddy was the one that couldn't take the ' pain '. No pain no gain.
yeah iam sitting on a cisco networking academy class (ccna1 course) and Iam learning nothing new. In addition my right leg is hurting a bitcause i threw few way too high "axe kicks" on taekwondo class yesterday. It's kind a hilarios that first kick we learn was most basic front kick (in korean ap chagi) but the second kick was listed as advanced kick the axe kick. I started the beginner Taek Whon Do course at Kotka Taek Whon Do Whang. In addition I began to go gym regulary 2 times a week and swiming once a week. summa summarum that makes 2 times taekwondo training a week 2 times gym and ones swiming.
